Age & Licence Requirements
▼- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driving licence mandatory. Learner's licences not accepted.
- International tourists need valid IDP + home country licence.
⚠️ Riding without a valid licence is illegal. Yellow Wheel Rentals will not be responsible for any legal consequences.
- Original Driving Licence (photocopies not accepted).
- Government-issued Photo ID — Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport.
- Tourists: hotel booking confirmation in Darjeeling.
⚠️ No valid documents = cancellation with no refund.
- Full payment required beforehand. No security deposit.
- Accepted: Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm).
- Booking confirmed only after our explicit confirmation.
- Only the signed renter may ride the vehicle. No sub-renting.
- No racing, stunts, off-roading, or illegal activity.
- Cannot leave Darjeeling district without written permission.
- No riding under influence of alcohol or drugs. Helmet mandatory.
- Renter pays all fuel. Return with same level as pickup.
- Refuelling charge applies if returned with less fuel.
- Use correct fuel type only — misfuelling charged to renter.
💡 Refuel before returning to avoid extra charges.

Damage & Accident Policy
▼- Renter fully responsible for all damage during rental.
- Call +91 93325 27149 immediately in case of accident.
- File police FIR for accidents with third parties or injuries.
- Theft or total loss — renter fully financially responsible.
⚠️ Do NOT move vehicle or leave scene before calling us and police.

Late Return & Extensions
▼- Inform us 2 hours before scheduled return if extending.
- Late returns charged at 1.5x hourly rate per extra hour.
💡 Tell us early — we are happy to extend when possible.
- Renter solely responsible for all traffic fines during rental.
- Any challan we receive for your rental period will be recovered from you.
⚠️ Always carry licence and Aadhaar while riding.
- Paid doorstep delivery available in Darjeeling — pre-arrange 2 hrs in advance.
- Renter must be present at delivery to verify vehicle condition.
- 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund.
- Less than 24 hours: 50% refund.
- No-show: No refund.
